1 Introduction

Registration Requirements

dk1111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance checks. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may maintain only one active account on the dk1111 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a security breach to our support team and the account is secured.
• Ensuring that no third party — including family members or friends — uses your account to place bets, access games, or conduct financial transactions.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dk1111 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon verified request.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dk1111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dk1111 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and USDT. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name and linked to your verified dk1111 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• dk1111 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposit funds are credited to your PKR wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. dk1111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and registered to the verified account holder. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering control.
• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission and approval of government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
• dk1111 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for high-value amounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any required checks.

• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses apply to eligible games only. Wagering on excluded games during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

6 Gaming Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Subsequent odds movement does not affect a confirmed bet.
• In the event a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, dk1111's settlement rules for that event type will apply. Generally, bets on events that do not reach their designated conclusion are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip.

• Any bet placed on an event in which the outcome was known to the player at the time of placing constitutes a void bet. Winnings derived from such bets will be forfeited.
• PSL and international Pakistan cricket matches are subject to additional in-play betting rules. Players should review the specific market rules prior to placing live bets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk1111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or conduct financial transactions.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Discovery of any such issue must be reported to support immediately and not exploited for gain.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or guaranteed-profit strategies using bonus funds.
• Colluding with other players in any game type, including poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use dk1111 for any illegal financial activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the dk1111 support team or other players through any communication channel.

9 Suspension & Termination

dk1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a fully verified account will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification and compliance checks. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. 10 Limitation of Liability
